2. Registered as Nurse & Midwife with the State / Indian Nursing Council.
Option 2: GNM Diploma
1. Diploma in GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) from an INC/State Nursing Council recognized Board / Council.
2. Registered as Nurse & Midwife with the State / Indian Nursing Council.
3. 2 Years Experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital (acquired after obtaining the educational qualification).

Basic Salary ₹44,900/- per month
Allowances Selected candidates get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and Nursing Allowance as per central government norms.
Gross Salary ₹80,000 – ₹1,01,000/- per month
Net In-Hand Salary ₹65,000 – ₹90,000/- per month (approx. after standard deductions)

Stage Exam Pattern Details
Stage-I: Prelims Duration: 90 Minutes (1.5 Hours)
Total Questions: 100 MCQs (100 Marks)
Subjects: 80 MCQs from Nursing Course, 20 MCQs from General Knowledge & Aptitude.
Negative Marking: 1/3rd (0.33) marks deducted for incorrect answers.
Nature: Qualifying stage for Stage-II Mains.
Stage-II: Mains • Focuses heavily on practical clinical scenarios and decision-making questions.
• Marks obtained in Stage-II Mains will be used to prepare the final merit list for selection.
