⚠️ RSSB does NOT send admit cards by post or email. Download ONLY from the official portals listed above using your Application Number and Date of Birth.

Both papers are conducted on the same day in two separate shifts. Each paper is of 3 hours duration, 100 marks, and objective (OMR-based) type. Candidates must appear in BOTH papers — appearing in only one paper will result in disqualification.

⚠️ Candidates must report to the exam centre at least 30–45 minutes before the shift start time. Gate entry closes before the exam begins. Late entry is strictly NOT permitted.

2. Click on the "Admit Card" section on the homepage
3. Select the link for "Clerk Grade-II & Junior Assistant Admit Card 2026" (Advt. No. 04/2026)
4. Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth in the required fields
5. Click Submit / Login to proceed
6. Your admit card will appear on screen — verify all printed details carefully
7. Download the PDF and take a clear colour printout for exam day

Alternative Method: Candidates can also login through sso.rajasthan.gov.in using their SSO ID and password to access and download the admit card from the RSSB application portal.

• Printed Admit Card 2026 — mandatory for entry; no entry without it
• Valid Original Photo ID Proof — Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, or any government-issued photo ID
• Passport-size Photographs — carry 2–3 recent photos (same as uploaded in the application form)
• Any other document specifically mentioned on the admit card instructions

🚫 Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, electronic gadgets, geometry boxes, stationery items (pen, pencil, eraser provided at centre), and valuable jewelry are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Violation may lead to disqualification and legal action.

TSP area vacancies are reserved for ST (Scheduled Tribe) candidates of Rajasthan domicile under the Tribal Sub-Plan reservation norms. Category-wise (UR/OBC/MBC/EWS/SC/ST) distribution is available in the official notification PDF at rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.

• Educational Qualification: Senior Secondary Certificate (12th Pass) from a recognized Board or its equivalent examination
• Computer Certificate (Mandatory): Must possess any ONE of the following valid computer certificates:
  • RSCIT (Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology)
  • CCC (Course on Computer Concepts — NIELIT)
  • O-Level Certificate (NIELIT)
  • COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant)
  • DPCS or any other equivalent qualification recognized by the Rajasthan Government
• Language Requirement: Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthan culture is mandatory
• Domicile: Must be a citizen of India. Rajasthan domicile required for reservation benefits

Final year students (appearing in 12th exam) may also apply provisionally but must submit proof of passing before appearing in Phase-II Typing Test. Ex-Servicemen with equivalent certificate after 15 years of military service are also eligible.

Candidates from other states/UTs belonging to SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS categories are treated as General category candidates — only Rajasthan domicile candidates get reservation and age relaxation benefits.

This is a One Time Registration (OTR) fee paid once via the SSO Portal. Candidates who have already registered and paid the OTR fee in any previous RSSB recruitment need NOT pay again. Payment can be made through e-Mitra Kiosk, CSC, Net Banking, ATM-cum-Debit Card, or Credit Card.

• Mode: Offline — OMR-Based (Objective Type)
• Negative Marking: As per Notification (verify from official notification)
• Minimum Qualifying Marks: 40% in BOTH papers separately — candidates scoring less than 40% in either paper are disqualified
• Shortlisting for Phase-II: Candidates within 3 times the number of vacancies (in order of merit) are called for Phase-II Typing Test
• Final Merit: Combined marks of Phase-I and Phase-II

1. Phase-I — Written Examination (OMR-Based): Two objective papers (Paper-I: GK/Science/Maths + Paper-II: Hindi/English), 100 marks each, 3 hours each, held on 05 July 2026. Candidates must score minimum 40% in each paper. Based on combined Phase-I marks, candidates within 3 times the number of vacancies are shortlisted for Phase-II.
2. Phase-II — Computer Proficiency & Typing Test:
   • Hindi Typing Test: Minimum speed of 25 words per minute (on English keyboard, inscript/Hindi Unicode)
   • English Typing Test: Minimum speed of 35 words per minute
   • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer operations test
   Phase-II marks are also added to Phase-I for final merit.
3. Document Verification: Final shortlisted candidates called for verification of original certificates — educational qualification, computer certificate, category, domicile, and other relevant documents.

⚠️ Candidates must clear both the minimum percentage in Phase-I papers AND the typing speed in Phase-II to be considered for final selection. Failing either disqualifies the candidate.

Selected candidates are on probation for 2 years. During this period, only a fixed monthly stipend is paid — no allowances. Full pay and perks are applicable only after successful completion of probation and training. Verify the exact fixed pay amount from the official notification PDF at rssb.rajasthan.gov.in.

• Non-TSP (Non-Tribal Sub-Plan) Area Vacancies — 9,642 Posts: Open to all eligible candidates as per reservation roster — UR/OBC/MBC/EWS/SC/ST. These are posts in general/non-tribal areas of Rajasthan.
• TSP (Tribal Sub-Plan) Area Vacancies — 1,002 Posts: Reserved exclusively for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates of Rajasthan domicile under the Tribal Sub-Plan area reservation norms. These are posts in tribal/scheduled areas of Rajasthan.

Candidates from other states/UTs belonging to ST category are NOT eligible for TSP area posts — only ST candidates with Rajasthan domicile can apply for TSP vacancies. Candidates can apply for both TSP and Non-TSP vacancies (if eligible) in the same application.

• OTR is done once on the SSO Portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in) and is valid for all future RSSB recruitments
• The OTR fee (₹600/- General or ₹400/- Reserved) is paid ONCE — it need not be paid again for future RSSB applications
• Candidates who have already completed OTR in any previous RSSB recruitment cycle do NOT need to register again — simply log in and apply
• Personal details, photograph, and signature uploaded during OTR are auto-populated in all future RSSB application forms
• OTR registration is done via SSO ID on sso.rajasthan.gov.in — candidates without an SSO ID must first create one

OTR is a permanent one-time registration system — it is separate from the per-exam application. Candidates must still submit a separate application for each RSSB recruitment they wish to apply for, but do not need to re-register or re-pay the OTR fee.
